Market Demand Generation Manager, International Markets

Job Description


As a Market Demand Generation Manager, you are responsible for the development and execution of penetration strategies and activities that build long-term growth and competitive advantage in international markets.

You will work with others across the sales and marketing organizations, both direct and with resellers, to define demand generation strategies (including ABM), drive content creation, develop compelling messaging, and design and execute programs in order to deliver quality sales leads and establish strong market positions.


  • Develops campaign strategy to support revenue goals across all addressable markets in select international markets
  • Builds and executes marketing plan(s) from concept to creative to post analysis with the ability to clearly present outcomes and recommendations for improvement
  • Develops and implements reputation, demand creation and sales enablement programs, based on clearly stated strategies, priorities, and actions that support each stage of the buyer's journey

  • Partners and aligns with the commercial sales team and with Value Added Resellers (VARs) on joint initiatives in order to increase sales pipeline and accelerate deals to close
  • Owns the development, management, analysis, and optimization of marketing initiatives, including paid media, content marketing, multi-channel nurturing, direct mail and social media marketing to build brand awareness and generate demand

  • Works with the digital marketing and data teams to build client segments
  • Develops and tracks measures required to achieve objectives and performance targets
  • Other duties as assigned


Formal Training/Education:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field


  • 5-7+ years of experience within business-to-business marketing (experience in SaaS companies preferred)
  • Experience developing integrated marketing plans and campaigns for the European market required; experience in Australia a plus
  • Experience working with VARs required
  • Extensive experience defining and implementing marketing campaigns and programs, Sirius Decisions campaign framework preferred

  • ABM campaign experience required
  • Experience with content marketing and lead nurturing required
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, Salesforce and Marketo preferred
  • Strong understanding of the value of content, inbound marketing, and ability to integrate into a holistic strategy

  • Demonstrated results with campaign performance optimization
  • Solid understanding of the different functions of marketing, and ability to forge strong relationships with other functions
  • International travel up to 30%
  • Multi-lingual abilities a plus
