Client Success Coordinator

Position Summary:

We're looking for a highly organized, self-starter, to support our Client Services team. You play a pivotal role in ensuring our Client Services team and clients are successful. In this role, you will internally support our Client Success Managers by helping with administrative tasks, as well as assisting with client support requests. The Client Success Coordinator will interface on a daily basis with clients to respond to support inquiries, answer technical questions and help schedule client meetings. Other key activities include data entry tasks, updating product settings, project tracking and compiling and distributing client reporting. You'll become a DriveCam Online and Salesforce.com power-user to help provide excellent service to our team and clients. You'll need to be highly communicative, incredibly organized, and flexible to keep up with this dynamic team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support members of the Client Services team in administrative duties
  • Collaborate with internal business partner to help track and ensure timely deliverables
  • Respond to client inquiries and support questions
  • Outreach to existing customers to schedule meetings
  • Assist in managing special projects as needed
  • Create reports and slides presentations for clients
  • Data Entry into Lytx systems such as Salesforce.com and DriveCam Online
  • Report tracking and communication
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 year of professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university strongly preferred
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Self-starter, motivated and proactive
  • Strong organization skills, detail oriented, and ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of process flows and documentation is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com is a plus
