Senior Integrated Marketing Ops Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Ops Manager to join our Lyft Bikes & Scooters creative team in NYC. As Senior Integrated Marketing Ops Manager, you’ll oversee the creative team efforts dedicated to Bikes & Scooters, working closely with the VP of Creative and the larger creative department at HQ to shape the vision for all design, marketing and communications related to this new product offering. You are a seasoned creative driver that thinks strategically and conceptually about brand experience. Your experience should demonstrate a high level of volume and familiarity with design and advertising that breaks through, generates earned media and is part of a conversation defining what’s culturally relevant. The ideal candidate will be a master communicator, skilled at managing broad teams and multiple projects and stakeholders while delivering world-class solutions across all media types (design, advertising, content, online, etc).

Responsibilities:


  • Partner with Creative Director in managing the day-to-day run of business

  • Hybrid Project Manager/Producer who can manage small to medium-sized creative projects from concept to delivery

  • Lead work flows between the Creative group and the Stakeholders

  • Create process and continuity on all production work

  • Act as a communication lead by scheduling and leading meetings, preparing internal and external agendas, meeting notes and status reports for internal and external stakeholders

  • Collaborate with internal team to report, develop and maintain project documents, including timelines, internal processes and deliverables for performance pod programs

  • Develop and manage project timelines and budgets where appropriate

  • Manage all resources on given projects and interface with internal stakeholders on a regular basis

  • Plan with the creative operations team and CRM to ensure department projects are prioritized and resourced properly and timely

  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, developers, marketing managers and analysts across Lyft to ensure deliverables are understood and milestones are met with consistency and accuracy

  • Partner with team to ensure best practices and key marketing messages are followed and met

  • Ensure teams adheres to project scope and deliverables

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years experience in project management or production in the ad industry or related fields

  • Problem solver, flexible attitude and a sense that you are independently serving the best interests of the people

  •  Ability to communicate clearly and interact with others in a positive, effective way

  • Experience working with external vendors a plus

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Work well under pressure and consistently delivers high quality work that improves the overall creative concepts and process

  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment

  • Self-directed, goal-oriented, results-driven personality with a commitment to continuous improvement
