About the Role:

 Lumafield is looking for a highly technical Customer Success Manager to join our newly established Customer Success organization. As one of our first Customer Success Managers you will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide variety of customer issues. By working cross-collaboratively with our Sales and Engineering teams you will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as a trusted partner to our customer’s technical leaders and help them improve engineering, production, and quality workflows using CT based inspection solutions
  • Increase hardware and software utilization by identifying expansion targets and sourcing new teams of users within existing accounts
  • Identify new applications for our customers and coordinate with our Application Development team to deliver solutions that delight our users
  • Manage and report customer’s performance through QBRs to engage leadership and drive adoption
  • Scope, propose, and implement software and hardware automation solutions to enable customers to achieve productivity gains in their workflows
  • Work closely with our R&D, Product, and Application Engineering teams to develop solutions for customers

About You:

  • 4+ years of experience in a, Technical Sales, Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Customer Success role
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Willingness and drive to inspire our customers with creative solutions to help them solve their unique CT challenges
  • Proven success working independently, autonomously, and reliably, exceeding metrics
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills through presentations, email, phone, and Zoom
