The Project Manager will provide internal consulting services and business analysis for Operations initiatives. The Project Manager will also manage projects of varying size and complexity, and assist management maintaining project list and technology work queues
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Take lead on projects focused on improving business processing and workflow efficiency.
Provide support for day-to-day maintenance of operational issues.
Respond to ad-hoc requests from various business areas.
Interact with technology to address daily production and support issues.
Assist with the maintenance of various applications including accounting system (SimCorp Dimension), Bloomberg, and related systems with regards to workflows and operational enhancements
Document project and test plans for system upgrades or operational processing changes.
7-10 years work experience.
Must be able to design, develop and troubleshoot Excel macros using VBA
Must be proficient in Excel
Knowledge of SQL
Understanding of financial instruments and Asset Management industry
Experience working with an accounting system preferred
Knowledge of QlikView, Business Objects and/or Crystal Reports preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or MIS
- MBA Perferred
