Test Engineer Staff - Senior Level Engineer Ocala

Candidate should have 10+ years or more of related work experience. Specific duties will include: test document development; test planning and preparation; test procedure execution; coordinate system resources to support testing; support test development, integration, and anomaly resolution as required; support off-hours testing and associated projects as needed. This role requires knowledge/experience with electronic circuits, automated test software, manufacturing processes, and the manufacturing test environment. Additionally, the ability to interpret test requirements, implement requirement based test methodologies, and utilize statistical data analysis is required. Conducts thorough system, sub-system, and component level failure analysis and identifies and implements corrective actions.This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college is required. Must have at least 10+ years of combined Test Engineering and production testing experience in a production testing environment.
Ability to obtain a security clearance is required.
Experience leading testing and failure analysis efforts of fixed wing targeting and navigation systems in a production test environment.
Experience working in classified test areas and processing hardware in accordance with these requirements (audits, trusted downloads, etc..).
Familiar with MFC factory execution and quality systems.
Must be able to work 1st and 2nd shift.
This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Desired skills
Familiarity with electronic components, common electronic test equipment, schematic reading. The ability to conduct thorough system, sub-system, and component level failure analysis and identify and implement corrective actions. Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, and National Instruments TestStand, Labview, and LabWindows CVI is also desired.
