The candidate shall possess the knowledge and skills to drive a dynamic workforce that is multi-disciplined. The duties include, aircraft status, manpower planning, task assignment, workload projections, schedule monitoring, and overall employee engagement. Other duties include driving performance and managing the metrics of the are related to quality, cost, and schedule.

- 5-10 years prior leadership experience in aviation
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Knowledge of Rotary Wing Aviation Aircraft
- MH-6 Experience
