Systems Engineer- Flight Testing/AUR- Orlando, FL

Description:Lockheed Martin's Missiles & Fire Control division in Orlando, FL is seeking an Integration and Test (I&T) Systems Engineer to support a program's All Up Round (AUR) systems integration and test team initiatives.

To be considered for this role you must have an active Secret clearance with an investigation w/in the last 6 years. Due to the classified nature of the program all work will be performed onsite.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
-Perform Master Integration Test Planning and execution
-Map physical architecture to functional architecture and define AUR test requirements
-Define All Up Around (AUR) Test Program based on internal customer test objectives
-Support maintenance of ICD's in concert with other functional groups

-Develop and execute Sub-system level integration plans and procedures
-Support preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events
-Perform ESS and ATP
-Perform qualification and EMI testing at the subsystem and system level
-Support test readiness preparation and test readiness reviews
-Support ground and flight test events as required
Additional responsibilities include coordinating test events with Reliability, Software, Electrical and Mechanical functional organizations

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
-Effective task organization and communication skills.
-Experience in systems development, integration and production.
-Experience in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and formal system development/certification experience.
-Must have an active Secret clearance with an investigation w/in the last 6 years.
Desired Skills:
-Demonstrated experience and success on a technically challenging development program.
-Demonstrated experience presenting to program/senior
management.
-Demonstrated experience integrating weapons/sensors onto aircraft and other platforms.
-Demonstrated experience with all aspects of Environmental Qualification Testing.
-Demonstrated expertise with Telemetry and Flight Termination Systems.
