System Integration/Test Engineer/Automatic Test/ ATE/ Troy

This Test Engineer will be badged to Orlando Systems Integration and Test Engineering but live and work in Troy Al. This person will develop and implement tests and test equipment for system level and sub-assembly tests in Troy Al through working with Test Engineers, Electrical Engineers and System Engineers in Orlando. This person will investigate new test requirements and test interfaces for assemblies under test. This person will evaluates test requirements for testability and recommend changes to engineering based on their evidence as gathered in Troy and provide input to equipment designs in the concept phases. They will compiles to Orlando command media practices and follow command media steps for test development and tasks working with Orlando personnel from infancy through, procurement, fabrication, test software development, integration and validation into a production environment. Test software development background in Test Stand, CVI, Lab View and C++. Is a plus but training in these could be provided for the right candidate. Tasks will include creating and revising test procedures, calibration procedures and test software documentation and will be asked to support existing production test equipment already operating in a production factory environment. This Test Engineering Orlando position will be resident in Troy, Alabama Pike County Operations with occasional travel to Orlando Fl as required for knowledge transfers and training.

Basic Qualifications
Candidate skill set must include a solid electrical engineering background. Must have "C" programing experience. Must be fluent in Windows operating systems plus Office products (Word, Excel,Outlook).
Must be able capable to obtain a Secret Level Clearance.

Desired skills
JASSM Production Testing and or RF Background including integration, analysis, validation and verification
Familiar with optical alignment measurement equipment and techniques
Test Software includes C, C++, C#, NI TestStand, NI LabVIEW, NI LabWindows CVI, Visual Studio, Matlab, Windows and LINUX operating systems. Working knowledge of collimators and blackbodies is a must.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical degree.
