System Integration/Test Engineer/Automatic Test/ ATE/ Dallas

Description:This position is for a System Integration/Test Engineering (TE) Manager to lead a team developing/delivering
test sets used in the Production Support and Sustainment of a Lockheed Martin Air and Missile Defense weapon system. The candidate will provide TE management coverage for program status meetings, risk meetings, new proposal efforts, CAM reporting efforts, IMS schedule inputs, and various IPT meetings. The candidate will put together MS Project schedules and provide status updates to the program including budget status and impacts. Technical responsibilities include Missile Test Set redesign, updates, maintenance, tooling configuration, variability analysis and obsolescence for a numerous test set types and configurations. The candidate will be functionally responsible for coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments. He/she will provide direction and mentor more junior engineers on the program making sure TE policies and procedures are followed as well as provide continual feedback to assigned engineers, conduct mid-year and end of year performance reviews and guide employees' career development.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Experience developing and/or supporting test equipment hardware and/or software.

Must have or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
Experience with National Instruments development tools (specifically Test Stand, LabVIEW, or LabWindows CVI), and/or MS Visual Studio (C++, C#).

Hardware troubleshooting knowledge for computer based automated test equipment.

Current Secret security clearance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
