System Integration and Test Lead Engineer, Orlando FL

Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Lead for a weapon window development and qualification initiative. The lead will support multiple program efforts in Orlando, Florida including:

1. Program reviews
2. Resolution of safety issues
3. Reviewing all deliverables
4. Overseeing all test activities
5. Reviewing test equipment design
6. Test equipment certification
7. Manufacturing preparation
8. Performing project management activities.

The systems lead will coordinate all activities with management and engineering personnel located in Dallas Texas and Sunnyvale California. Prior experience with imaging infrared sensors and window development is highly desired.

Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated Integration and Test experience in the full system development lifecycle.

-Demonstrated knowledge of weapon systems, ICDs, and airworthiness certification.

-Demonstrated skill generating high-quality test plans, procedures and requirements.

- Current secret clearance

-Formal field testing experience on complex programs.
Desired Skills:
-Prior experience leading or being a significant technical contributor for programs with aggressive schedules in a dynamic customer environment.

-Prior experience presenting at Senior Management and Customer technical/readiness reviews (Mission Success, TRR, FRR).

-Prior experience leading or participating in the Failure Review Board process.

-Demonstrated prior experience on the THAAD or directly related programs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
