Sr. Subcontract Manager

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Sr. Subcontract Manager for a position in Grand Prairie, TX to support Integrated Air and Missile Defense Subcontract Management, primarily focused on development efforts. Responsible for the management of supplier cost, scheduling and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk contracts, modified Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS), performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. This position supports a dynamic, fast-paced DOD program with FFP, FPI, CPI, CPFF, and T&M contract types. Priorities tend to be very fluid, requiring resilience and flexibility.
