Sr RF Engineer / Antenna POC / Simulink / Orlando FL

Description:A RF Engineer is required to serve as the Technical Point of Contact to oversee the technical development of antennas for a new weapons system. Familiarity with missile antenna , understanding of Lockheed Martin (LM) /defense industry process, experience with requirements analysis and derivation, and planning/execution are required. The engineer will be expected to work across IPTs to support a fully interconnected system . Experience managing the technical scope of subcontractors and integrating it into LM products is desired.

West Palm Beach is about 2.5 hours to the south and Jacksonville is about 2 hours to the northeast. Atlanta, GA is 6 hours to the northwest.
Basic Qualifications:
Candidate must demonstrate the ability to perform some combination of the following Systems RF and Analysis assignments:
Demonstrate a strong fundamental understanding of RF systems and associated performance modeling.
Develop RF systems and subsystems to include , integration, , and performance evaluation.
Coordinate vendors and other team members in development of passive/active RF sensor systems for /evaluation.
Assist in the flow down of RF requirements to testable modular hardware and software.
Define requirements capability for Anti-Radiation Homing (ARH) or passive RF electronic surveillance (ES) hardware.
Demonstrate capability in ES/ARH systems engineering, algorithm development, and signal processing.
Demonstrate mastery of simulation and analysis tools. (MATLAB).
Demonstrate the ability and/or knowledge to develop threat models. Support trade studies, presentations, proposals and related activities.

Currently holds a Secret clearance.
