Sr. Industrial Security Representative – COMSEC Custodian / Orlando, FL

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Sr. Industrial Security Representative for a position in Orlando, FL to perform as the Primary COMSEC (Communication Security) Custodian. This position is responsible for all requests and support of large, active Traditional COMSEC account. Duties include:

Provide COMSEC support to off-sites

Managing the day-to-day operations in the Security vault

Provide back up for document control and provide training and education as necessary on a variety of NISPOM requirements including contracting, receipt/dispatch/disposition and destruction of classified, markings, self-inspection and classified storage requirements

Conducting briefings and debriefings as necessary, regarding SF 312, NATO, CNWDI, COMSEC, CRYPTO, FGI

Participating in and/or leading Enterprise self-inspections

Function as the Top Secret Control Officer. Facility Security Officer for two small companies. Accomplishing additional tasks as assigned by management

Basic Qualifications

Must have active secret clearance and be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance

Knowledge of procedures for hand carrying of classified information

Successful completion of the NSA COMSEC course

Proficiency with DIAS (Distributed InfoSec Accounting System), JPAS, DART, SMART and ISFD.

In-depth knowledge of NSA CSA Policy Manual 3-16 and associated manuals

Two to three years of hands-on lead experience with a large traditional COMSEC account

FSO certification or the ability to complete FSO certification. High degree of proficiency regarding NISPOM requirements, specifically but not limited to classified shipments, classification management, self-inspection processes and applications and knowledge of proper destruction procedures of classified COMSEC

Computer skills, including working knowledge of MS office products

Ability to multi-task

Desired skills

Knowledge of international shipments (trained and able to act as a Designated Government Representative)

Detail and process oriented

Ability to lead teams

Good interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communication skills

Leadership experience

Ability to work with minimal supervision
