Software Engineer Staff / Orlando
Experienced Software Engineering Technical Lead to supervise and coordinate design, development, and implementation of Mission Planning software components running in the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) environment on Microsoft Windows based systems. The Mission Planning Software Lead will be responsible for assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring product integrity and compliance to the LM software process. Full software development life cycle experience is required. Duties include requirements analysis, design/develop Visual C++ and C# software components, software integration, test and verification, and development of software components with associate contractor developed components. The Lead will liaison with the customer Program Office personnel, supervise activities involving the development of the Mission Planning product, and coordinate support from external groups.
Required skills include Visual C++ and C# development experience, and experience with MS Visual Studio environment.
Excellent communication and teaming skills.
Mission Planning software development experience is a plus
