Senior System Integration Engineer, Orlando FL
Lockheed Martin is seeking an Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer to collaborate with team mates in the joint development of the Program Master Test Plan. The I&T engineer will develop integration and test plans for system integration, SIL, HWIL, and Dynamics Lab initiatives. Support will be provided for a variety of systems integration test events, including fit checks, SIL, HWIL, Dynamics Lab, and flight testing.
Demonstrated Integration and test experience in the full development life cycle.
Demonstrated knowledge of weapon systems, ICDs, and airworthiness certification.
Demonstrated skill generating high-quality test plans, procedures , and requirements.
Formal testing experience on complex programs.
Prior experience leading, or being a significant technical contributor, on programs with aggressive schedules in a dynamic customer environment.
Prior experience presenting at Senior Management and Customer technical / readiness reviews (Mission Success, TRR, FRR, etc.).
Prior experience leading or participating in the Failure Review Board process.
Demonstrated performance/experience on both sides of the Systems Engineering "V".
Demonstrated prior experience on a major military program.
