Senior Software Engineer / Embedded / C++ / Orlando, Fl

Embedded software developer to work Special Test Equipment (STE) for a new missile development program. Tasks will involve full software life cycle - requirements, code and unit test, integration, and qualification. STE supports platform OFP verification and includes a Missile in a Box (missile electronics packaged for laboratory use), an Integration Test Vehicle (missile electronics packaged for ground test and captive carry), and Airborne Captive Equipment (missile electronics for captive flight test). Software will re-use embedded missile OFP and augment with STE-specific capabilities. QT skills are desirable for test GUI development. Real time experience required, including C++ implementation running under VxWorks or equivalent OS. Travel will be required for platform integration at aircraft integration laboratories.

West Palm Beach is about 2.5 hours to the south and Jacksonville is about 2 hours to the northeast. Atlanta, GA is 6 hours to the northwest.

Basic Qualifications
Must have strong C++ skills
Real time experience required, including C++ implementation running under VxWorks or equivalent OS
Must have excellent communication and teaming skills to work with software developers on design for test

Desired skills
QT skills are desirable for test GUI development
