Senior Property Analyst -Goleta, CA

This position is responsible for analyzing current processes in regards to compliance to FAR. Using analysis to create/maintain processes that are compliant to FAR. They will be responsible for coordinating the set up and management of property administration processes and tool cribs at Lockheed Martin Santa Barbara in regards to tools and equipment. This will include manual efforts of processing equipment and tools in and out of a tool crib and coordinating the replenishment and repair of tools and equipment.

Basic Qualifications
Prior property administration experience
Understanding of property control requirements as outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulations

Desired skills
LM MFC property or tool control experience
Understanding of dewar or focal plane array build processes
Working knowledge of LMprop property management system or SAP property management module
