Senior Program Manager - CONOPS Visualization - Advanced Programs - Orlando, FL

The program manager, CONOPS visualization, is responsible for the development and deployment of new visualization capabilities for joint concepts of operation (CONOPS) and employment (CONEMPS) of advanced weapons and platforms. The program manager will lead technical and capture activities across the corporation to establish these capabilities and grow a visualization program portfolio over the next 3-5 years. The primary team will include business development, engineering, operations analysis, security, and business management.

The program manager will engage program and functional groups at multiple LM sites and lead the integration of currently isolated models and tools into a coherent visualization environment. This individual will develop a multi-phase implementation strategy and manage its execution. The implementation will include acceptance and deployment of the resulting visualization capability to multiple programs and sites. The program manager will brief these strategies, status and results to executives of the corporation and various participating sites. This individual will work closely with security to assure the appropriate security environment(s) exist to host this work. The program manager will coordinate with CETO/MDI to leverage corporate funding to extend this capability to the corporate level.

The successful candidate must have thorough and current familiarity with the CONOPS and CONEMPS of fielded weapon systems and platforms. This individual must have the ability to clearly connect warfighter needs to the operations analysis and visualization activities of the entire kill chain. The program manager must closely coordinate LM activities with the operational views of customers (Operational Fleet combat forces, OPNAV, USPACFLT, PACOM, US Fleet Forces Command, ACC, NRL, ONR, SCO, etc.) and will frequently brief flag/general officers and their SES equivalents. He/she will capture additional contracts to grow the visualization business.

This position is located in Orlando, FL and requires 25% domestic travel.

Basic Qualifications
-Recent relevant experience in the joint operational environment
-Existing relationships with operational warfighter COEs, weapon schools, and key decision makers therein
-Senior leadership experience and demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary, distributed teams
-Development experience with complex systems and multi-level security
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Requires a current TS/SCI clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years.
-Requires the ability to travel domestically up to 25%

Desired skills
-USN carrier/tactical military aviation experience, including combat
-Carrier Strike Group operational environment familiarity
-Strike Lead qualification/experience
-Major Command experience, USN preferred
