Senior Items Analyst / Orlando, FL

Lockheed Martin, Missiles & Fire Control is seeking a Senior Items Analyst for a position at the Depot Support Facility (DSF):

-Candidate will be responsible to the DSF Asset Manager for the daily inventory status of government hardware within the Depot Support Facility.
-Provide accurate accountability of over 14,000 line items of CFE/GFE/GOCM controlled hardware in the Program Inventory System.
-Process Material Release Orders on a daily basis ensuring contract requirements are satisfied.
-Candidate will be trained in MILSTRIP (Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures) interface between the Depot Support Facility and the AMCOM Logistics Modernization Program (LMP).
-Analyze demand data and coordinate the redistribution of assets to maintain adequate stock on hand at the eight world-wide CSSAs.
-Responsible for coordination of DLA Disposition through analysis and supply posture ensuring excess material is disposed of in a timely manner.
-Candidate will also be responsible for approving all Asset Management required approvals within the Program Inventory System.
-Responsible for research and correction of all discrepancies to achieve 100% accountability of assets and the posting of inventory results to stock card.
-Will work closely with the PHS&T team to ensure critical daily requirements are being met.
-Communicate with the ALC customer on a weekly basis ensuring all contractual requirements are being met.
-Candidate should have good written and oral skills.
-Must be a self starter able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
-Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
-Technical degree from an accredited institution required. -Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Basic Qualifications
• Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret Clearance.

• Must have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.

• Minimum of 2 years professional experience working with inventory, supply support and/or stock control environments.
• Ability to interface with a variety of information technology logistics applications.

• Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills and the ability to effectively work within a diverse workforce.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).

Desired skills
• Experience supporting aerospace and / or military programs.
• Ability to establish priorities to meet contractual requirements/metrics.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment.
• Ability to interact with internal customers, cross-functional teams, and management.
