Senior Engineer - Aerodynamics

Experienced aerodynamicist is sought to perform missile airframe development activities. The ideal candidate has several years of experience, an advanced degree in Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering, and a passion for aerodynamic configuration development and analysis. The candidate will help with all or some of the following depending on skills/background: Aerodynamic configuration development, wind tunnel test planning, wind tunnel test execution, analysis of wind tunnel test data, development of aerodynamic model from wind tunnel test data, CFD analysis, and/or interactions with related disciplines to provide analysis inputs (thermal, structural, & controls).


Basic Qualifications
Candidate must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of applied aerodynamics.

The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communications skills. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Candidates should be comfortable giving presentations to program leadership and government customers.

Experience using Matlab, FORTRAN, or C/C++.

An advanced degree in Aerospace Engineering is highly desired.
