Security Representative Sr. / FSO / Orlando, FL

Function as the Facility Security Officer for smaller companies. The person will also support the Facility Protection organization and will contribute towards physical security design for physical security installations, database management and administration, and project management. The Facility Protection position will require experience with information technology and security products, and ability to work closely with security vendors and representatives from all MFC locations. As the FSO will function as a Closed Area Liaison for several Closed Areas. Will conduct weekly security briefings and assist with electronic fingerprinting. Will be responsible for the Orlando Cage Code resource account and Corporate databases. Will prepare/present security training to various members of the Orlando workforce. Will function as the coordinator for Shred-It (Site destruction). Will provide assistance to the Orlando, Facility Security Officer, as needed/requested. Responsible for supporting the management of security access systems, Intrusion Detection, CCTV, and other security technology advancements across the MFC enterprise. Will assist with COMSEC as needed.

Basic Qualifications
Excellent communication skills. Functional computer/software skills. Ability to multi-tasks. Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving. Experience with integration of Enterprise Security level systems. Analytical skills (Cognitive Thinking). Understand and adhere to detailed physical security design specifications and standards.

Desired skills
Prior FSO experience (FSO Certification). DD Form 254 experience. 705 physical security knowledge and experience. Ability to perform database maintenance and hardware modifications. Prior COMSEC experience.
