Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Antenna Measurement and Test Engineer to be responsible for integration, test planning, and test execution for a sensor suite development program. Antenna measurement tasks will include range test setup, test execution, documentation, and troubleshooting antenna range test issues. The focus is on a rigorous test approach and extremely detailed and accurate antenna measurements, particularly for test setup error and uncertainty budgets. The candidate will work closely with Lockheed Martin Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to execute tasks.
Basic Qualifications:
Candidate must demonstrate the ability to perform some combination of the following Antenna Measurement assignments:
Verify that antenna measurement ranges meet the expected performance both electrically and mechanically.
Verify that antenna performance meets expected results. Mastery of Error and Uncertainty Budgets in RF Systems.
Interface with range suppliers to assure that their components are properly validated prior to delivery. Manage security issues including protection of classified hardware and data.
Deep understanding of range components, power budgets, and test methods.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Currently holds a Secret clearance with a background investigation within the last 5 years.
Desired Skills:
The following are desired skills and capabilities for Antenna Measurement and Systems Integration and Test (I&T) assignments:
Experience in collecting antenna measurements in free space, compact, tapered, and near field ranges.
Familiarity with various vendor supplied measurement software.
Experience with laser alignment systems.
Demonstrate the ability to operate comfortably with software engineers, designers, and production personnel.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
