Regulatory Compliance Analyst Senior / Procurerment Compliance / Global Supply Chain Compliance / Orlando, FL or Grand Prairie, TX

Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics team as a Supply Chain Contracts Analyst where you will be greatly involved with the support for Supply Chain Management purchasing professionals in resolving supplier exceptions to contract terms and conditions. You will be coordinating reviews with affected stake holders and support negotiations with subcontractors. Additionally you will structure subcontracts to provide incentives to suppliers and ensure alignment with prime contract requirements. You will participate in the development and publication of prime contract specific clauses for use in subcontracts as well as draft unique clauses. It is important for the business that you create and maintain policy, procedures and communication to improve format, clarity and quality of purchase order terms and conditions. You will develop and provide training on various topics including Government contracting, general terms and conditions, and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).

Basic Qualifications
Ability and willingness to read requirements and regulations and make independent assessments with regard to application. Must be able to teach and mentor on an informal basis. Must be able to make meaningful contributions to formulation and changes to procurement policy.

Advanced knowledge or experience in Buying or compliance. including development of terms and conditions

Desired skills
• Law Degree Strongly Desired
• Experience in Federal procurement law and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)
• Detailed knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations and the Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written, verbal and presentation), organizational and analytical skills
