Radar Modeling & Simulation Engineer / Grand Prairie, TX

Lockheed Martin is looking for a Modeling and Simulation engineer with a background in radar to work on the premier missile defense system currently saving lives around the world. This program is part of our Air and Missile Defense portfolio at our Missiles and Fire Control location in Grand Prairie, TX, a world leader in missile defense systems.
Develop radar seeker models within an existing 6-DOF missile system simulation. Define interfaces, develop seeker algorithms, and resolve simulation implementation issues. Be part of a high-performing team with a track record of mission success against continually evolving threats.

This position requires an active Secret clearance and programming proficiency in Fortran and C++.

Basic Qualifications
Proficient with Fortran and C++.
Experience with simulation modeling.
Active Secret clearance.

Desired skills
Proficient with Matlab
Experience with integrated air and missile defense systems.
Experience with performance simulations of radar, aircraft or missile systems.
