Radar Homing Missile Engineer / Grand Prairie, TX
Lockheed Martin is looking for engineers to work on the homing guidance of the premier missile defense system currently saving lives around the world. This program is part of our Air and Missile Defense portfolio at our Missiles and Fire Control location in Grand Prairie, TX, a world leader in missile defense systems.
Develop and improve homing guidance laws and target tracking algorithms. Create simulation models of radar seekers and analyze radar and missile performance for both hypothetical scenarios and real-life engagements. See the impact of your work in digital simulation, hardware-in-the-loop, flight test, and in the deployed systems protecting our warfighters. This position requires an active Secret clearance and experience programming in Matlab, Fortran, or C++.

Proficient with Matlab, Fortran or C++.
Active Secret clearance.
Experience with missile homing guidance, Kalman filters, target state estimation, and radar system simulation.
Experience with performance simulations of aircraft or missile systems.
Masters degree in engineering or physics
