Program Planner Staff

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Program Planner Staff for a position in Grand Prairie, TX to support Program Planning and Scheduling in the preparation and maintenance of plans. Duties include:

Critical Path Scheduling methodology.

Develop Integrated Master Schedules for new or existing development programs from Program Summary Master Schedules.

Understanding of Schedule Risk Assessment process.

Maintain schedules, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path issues and network logic conflicts.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related master's degree.

Experience supporting program leadership in the establishment of strategic program objectives, plans, and work scope to ensure business goals are met.

Experience developing integrated schedules for new or existing development programs from a Program Summary Master Schedule to a detail schedule.

Experience establishing and coordinating business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting objectives.

Experience tracking plans and schedule status, perform schedule risk analysis, identify schedule drivers, provide critical path analysis and resolve network logic conflicts, coordinating across the program team to establish workarounds to maintain schedule performance.

Experience leading various project teams, as needed, to drive schedule performance to critical program milestones.

Experience supporting appropriate commercial EVMS implementation and integration of cost and scheduling for measuring program performance and developing corrective actions.

Desired skills
Commercial Energy and Research and Development Planning experience.

Advanced Excel skillset including macros, lookup tables and VBA.

EVMS knowledge.
