Lockheed Martin is seeking a Program Planner Associate for a position in Orlando, FL. Responsibilities include:
Develops, statuses, and analyzes Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in sufficient detail to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner.
Communicates schedule impacts and proposes corrective actions to applicable stakeholders.
Develops recovery plans to ensure program milestones are completed in accordance with the contract requirements and LM MFC financial plans.
Use of critical path methodology and application in network development, analysis, and problem resolution is required.
Performs cost/schedule integration in support of DFARS Earned Value Management requirements.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related discipline from an accredited college
Ability to obtain security clearance
Desired skills
3.0 GPA or above
Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project experience
Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent team player
Understanding of Earned Value Management and Critical Path Methodology
