Program Management Associate Manager AC-130J

Lockheed Martin is seeking a program manager that will support the AC-130J Production team, working on proposals and managing task orders related to modification and installation of kits. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Act as a Program Manager with direct responsibility for profit and loss.
-Integrate, manage, and execute multiple complex discrete program deliverables associated with modification and installation of kits, and providing integration expertise and cross functional coordination
-Development, execution, and tracking for proposal management
-Risk and opportunity management
-Earned Value Management (EVM)
-Business integration
-Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with program managers, project managers, line managers, and clients.
-Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team of people

Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree
-Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint)
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
-Capable of working in a fast paced, demanding environment, providing independent thinking, problem resolution, and action with minimal direct oversight by senior management.

Desired skills
-Master's Degree in Engineering, Management, or Business
-Experience reading, understanding, and responding to a contract
-Prior experience in government acquisition
-Prior experience in aerospace and defense
-Prior experience with Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) / Special Operations Command (SOCOM)
-Experience with financials or business operations
-Prior experience in design engineering or a related engineering function
-Business capture experience
