Production Operations Integrated Product Team Lead - Rate Ramp / Orlando, FL

Candidate will support the AGMS Missile Programs as the Production Operations Rate Ramp IPT (integrated product team) Lead. The candidate will lead a cross-functional team consisting of Test Engineering, Production Centers, Global Supply Chain, and Quality.

The IPT lead is responsible for overseeing and executing - Execute Cost, Schedule and Technical within program baseline/budgets (Suppliers, Tools, Test Equipment, Facilities, etc). This position requires continuous interface across all programmatic functions. Candidate will manage Risk and Opportunities and generate mitigation plans. Candidate will support program Transition to Production team with revised capacity analysis and manage the design/qualification of an EMCAS to support production.

Candidate will be the primary point of contact for AGMS Rate Ramps to the AGMS Program Managers and Prod Ops Managers. Candidate will present the team's performance in Program and Customer Reviews as required.
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering, or Business related field
- Experience with managing cost and schedule
- minimum 7 years of professional experience

Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of Test Equipment Certifications
- Ability to manage with an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Communication and Presentation skills
- Certified CAM
- Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
