Production Operations Integrated Product Team Lead - Development / Orlando, FL

Description:Candidate will support the AGMS Missile Programs as a Production Operations Development IPT (integrated product team) Lead. The candidate will lead a cross-functional team consisting of manufacturing engineering, production planning and control, design engineering, test engineering, procurement, configuration management, and quality and production centers as applicable.

The IPT lead is responsible for overseeing and executing a Development Missile Program production build schedule (including material, tooling, and test equipment availability). This position requires continuous interface across all programmatic functions, leading discussions with internal customers on schedule and technical performance. Candidate will drive Affordability and Producibility, resolve yield issues/drivers, proactively identify and manage Risks and Opportunities, develop workarounds and execution of the qualification build schedule.

Candidate will work closely with the AGMS development team and with Customer counterparts at the IPT level. Candidate will present the team's performance in Program and Customer Reviews as required.
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering, or Business related field
- Production/Manufacturing experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
Desired Skills:
-Experience with production
-Experience with cost, schedule, quality improvements
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
--Knowledge of Missile Manufacturing
-Knowledge of Quality Management
-Lockheed Martin experience with focus on production operations
-Working knowledge of LEAN -Six Sigma skills
-Familiarity with SAP is a plus
-ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
