Procurement Representative Associate - Orlando, FL

Individual will be working Infrared Search and Track (IRST) program that includes development and production contracts. It is a fast paced, high energy position. Individual will be responsible for expediting and coordinating all procurement requirements between LM's Southeastern Material Acquisition Center (SEMAC) and critical suppliers to ensure parts are on the dock to meet program schedules. The scope of work will include but not limited to: placement of MRs, timely placement of POs, hardware delivery, working technical and quality issues, and supporting procurement related requirements. Individual will be responsible for interfacing and communicating with SEMAC, suppliers, all Program functional team members including program management. You will be working all cradle to grave issues within supply chain management.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college in supply chain management, business, or a related discipline

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Ability to travel domestically to supplier visits or evaluations if required

Desired skills
3.0 GPA above

Supply chain experience/internship.

Working knowledge of MRP/SAP.

Extensive Microsoft Office skills with a preference to be able to create Macros in Excel.

Ability communicate effectively with others - written and verbal

Must be a self starter able to multi-task several critical assignments and work both independently and within an integrated product team (IPT) structure.
