Missile Simulation Engineer / Grand Prairie, TX

Description:Lockheed Martin is looking for an experienced simulation engineer to help establish the Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) simulation capability for a new cruise missile program. This program is part of our Tactical Missiles Advanced Programs portfolio at our Missiles and Fire Control location in Grand Prairie, TX.

Contribute to the continuing development of the C++ 6-DOF all-digital simulation, and transition that simulation to a real time HWIL environment, including working model and hardware interfaces, integration, and test.

This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
Proficient with C++.
Missile or aircraft simulation experience.
Desired Skills:
Experience with hardware in the loop simulation (HWIL), ideally using Concurrent iHawk hardware.
Knowledge of flight dynamics and aerodynamics.
Experience with Linux, real-time processing, and automated testing.
