Missile Fire Control Engineer / Grand Prairie, TX

Lockheed Martin is looking for engineers to work on the fire control system of the premier missile defense system currently saving lives around the world. This program is part of our Air and Missile Defense portfolio at our Missiles and Fire Control location in Grand Prairie, TX, a world leader in missile defense systems.
Develop, improve and implement ground system and fire control algorithms. Analyze data from digital simulations, hardware-in-the-loop labs, and missile flight tests. Be part of a high-performing team with a track record of mission success against continually evolving threats.

This position requires an active Secret clearance and experience programming in Matlab, Fortran, or C++.

Basic Qualifications
Proficient with Matlab, Fortran or C++.

Active Secret clearance.

Desired skills
Experience with missile fire control, engaegability algorithms, Kalman filters, target state estimation, and multi-variable regression.
Experience with Monte Carlo analysis and performance simulations of aircraft or missile systems.
