Military Operations Analyst Sr Staff - SOF

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Military Operations Analyst for a position in Fayetteville, NC. Be familiar with US DoD, US Army financial systems and procedures Be knowledgeable of applicable policies, regulations, directives, and laws associated with financial operations in a sensitive activities environment. Must be able to provide technical guidance on non-standard/sensitive activities financial procedures. Must be able to assist the government with the review and evaluation of request for exception to policy and regulatory guidance requirements or established procedures as they apply to Special Forces operations.Retrieve data and use data to respond to a variety of customer and vendor inquiries. Compile and analyze data to identify trends, deficiencies, and accomplishments related to the assigned programs. Research problems surfaced by customers; resolve issues or route to appropriate Government personnel with information setting forth research findings. Analyze the results of applying guidelines to difficult situations and recommend changes. Analyze the results of applying guidelines to difficult situations and recommend changes. Administer OSW program documents supporting Regional Support Elements. Assist government with development of plans, annexes, amendments, and other activities as required.

Provide expertise to discuss concepts, scope, applicable formats, and contentious issues to program support. Provide estimates of approval times and assistance required during program drafting stages via email, telephonic conversation, VTC, and face-to-face meetings. Provide pre-submission assistance for all areas related to OSW regional support package development. Prepare staffing packets to include receiving action, reviewing for accuracy, providing recommendations, and returning to action officer.
Provide technical supportability reviews for various OSW programs. Coordinate for policy and standards review to include coordination for all associated legal reviews. Conduct various decision briefings to the Director of OSW and the USASFC(A) Command Group

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power-Point.
Be able to write military correspondence when necessary.
Must be able to compile and analyze data to identify trends, deficiencies, and accomplishments related to the assigned programs.

Basic Qualifications
•Minimum of six (6) years of experience with a multi-agency background, SOF, DOD, DOS, other.
•Experience working with military documentation and forms
Experience with military budgets
•Experience with federal training documentation
•Microsoft Office Suite skills
•Equivalent experience/education combinations are permitted based on the typical minimums required for this job.
