Manufacturing Supervisor

Description:Will provide direct oversight and supervision leadership to the workforce in order to accomplish safety, quality, cost, schedule objectives in a production maintenance environment.

Will identify, analyze, and resolve technical and personnel issues and establish immediate action plans to address work-around needs.

Will be responsible for establishing expectations, energizing and motivating team members and maintaining process accountability with Full Spectrum Leadership attributes.

Will participate in establishing corrective action plans based on root cause analyses, cost associations, and quality assessments.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with product quality, cost, and schedule management
- Provide leadership to maintain/service ground support equipment
-Proficient communication skills
-Cost estimating
Desired Skills:
- Strong Mechanical Background
- Familiarity with 6S practices
- Experience with corrective action and root cause analysis processes
- Manpower forecasting
- Management reporting tools
- Basic computer skills
- Supervisor experience
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
