Manufacturing Associate Supervisor / Ocala, FL

Offline production asset administrator responsible for providing direction to cross functional manufacturing teams. Collaborate with manufacturing supervisor to prioritize and assign offline asset tasks.
Must have good conflict resolution skills and the ability to build respectful working relationships. Motivational skills along with the ability to energize teams is considered a plus. Strong communication skills as candidate will be expected to present to all levels of the organization. This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required. Excellent communication skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Must be detail oriented and organized. Must have the ability to motivate others and work as a team.This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Desired skills
Experience working with manufacturing teams. Experience with MQS and other Ocala heritage systems. Experience with project management. Experience working in a union environment is a plus. Experience with Lean manufacturing techniques also a plus. Ability to work 2nd shift.
