Logistics Management Analyst - Property Book Technician - Top Secret Clearance

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Property Book Technician for a position in Fayetteville, NC.

Provide logistical and automation support using Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) and other automation software to control the efficient flow of property between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements.

Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes PBUSE and other automation systems and electronic data systems and their related functions within the Property Book Office (PBO).

Must be able to develop solutions to a variety of logistical and accountability issues which occur within the PBO.

Frequent internal customer contacts on matters pertaining to PBO's logistics policies, plans, and objectives.
Prepare and process FLIPL, DD Form 200, collection vouchers, and AR 15-6 investigations, complying with AR 735-5.

Paperwork preparation for equipment turn-ins and lateral transfers

Basic knowledge of standard Army supply operating procedures. Ensures documents are accurate and properly input into the automated system.

Receive, process, edit, and track purchase requests.

Full working knowledge of PBUSE and other DOD logistics software.

Have extensive knowledge of military hand receipt procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
Full working knowledge of PBUSE and other DOD logistics software.

Have extensive knowledge of military hand receipt procedures.

Knowledge of standard military terminology, processes, and data interchange systems.

Proficient with current software applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Ability to act independently with little supervision.

Extensive communication skills required, both written and oral.

Excellent business management, organization and administrative skills.
