JAGM-F Integration and Test IPT Lead Engineer / Orlando, Florida

Selected candidate will be the JAGM-F Eject Launch Integration and Test IPT Lead.

Effort includes:

-JAGM-F Integration and Test Requirements, flow-down and analysis through DOORs,

-Overall system integration and test of the JAGM-F system, supporting the Government led System Qualification Test Activities.

-Systems engineering activities including SEMP, TEPPs, PDP, Technology Readiness Assessments, TPMs, Systems Metrics, requirements verification and validation, SRR, PDR, CDR, etc.

In addition, the JAGM-F Integration and Test Lead is also responsible for all airworthiness activities of the JAGM-F on multiple fighter platforms, which includes:
-Reviewing Government test plan/procedures for systems
-Reviewing/approving airworthiness tracker requirements
-Coordination internal manpower, milestones, IMS inputs, variance reports, etc.
-Supporting of the Government led systems qualification test activities (i.e. Environmental, EMI/EMC, WIL/AIL, Ground Shots, Captive Carries, and Live Firings).

The position will also require daily interaction with various Government personnel including members of the JAMS PO. The position requires frequent interface with multiple groups as well as the program's IPT leads.

Other duties include collaboration on staffing decisions; schedules and budgets as a CAM; coordination of technical issue resolution with the Chief Engineer, and weekly monitoring of tasks.

Candidate must show proven experience with system level testing, verification, and integration of complex software and hardware systems.

-Travel will be required to support customer coordination and qualification testing efforts.

Basic Qualifications
-Demonstrated Integration and Test experience in the full system development lifecycle.

-Demonstrated knowledge of weapon systems, ICDs, and airworthiness certification.

-Demonstrated skill generating high-quality test plans, procedures and requirements.

-Formal development and field testing experience on complex weapons programs.

-A Secret clearance will be required for this effort.

Desired skills
-Prior experience leading or being a significant technical contributor for programs with aggressive schedules in a dynamic customer environment.

-Prior experience presenting at Senior Management and Customer technical/readiness reviews (Mission Success, TRR, FRR).

-Prior experience leading or participating in the Failure Review Board process.

-Prior experience as a Lead Engineer with assigned IMS/schedule and Cost Account Management/Financial responsibilities.

-Prior experience with missile/platform integration

-Prior experience with the JAGM product line
