Items Analyst / Orlando, FL

This candidate will assist in managing the repairs, retrofit and spares requirements, coordinate and pack hardware for shipment, handle container and tooling issues and maintain/update SPIs and\or process procedures for the F-35 EOTS program. The candidate will also establish schedules, monitor the efficient flow and delivery of spares, customer repairs & retrofits and production parts requirements in order to comply with contractual obligations. The candidate will also ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions. The desired candidate will build rapport and good relationships with Production Operations, shipping/traffic department, customer, field representatives at the bases and program management to achieve program objectives.

Basic Qualifications
-Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
-Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably focused in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.)
-Experience in data analysis / analytics.
-Able to read and interpret data to be used in the influencing of decision making, trade studies, etc.
-Understanding of supply support, modeling and spares support.
-Good communication skills and computer skills including the Microsoft suite of applications.
-Must be flexible and agile to work in a dynamic, high pace environment.

Desired skills
-Depot operations experience.
-Material repair and overhaul (MRO) experience.
-Production planning or production engineering experience.
