Description:As Lockheed Martin's infrared (IR) center of excellence, Santa Barbara Focalplane designs and produces industry-leading sensors that guide the world's most advanced platforms-from advanced tactical fighters to satellites in high orbit.
Lockheed Martin's Santa Barbara Focalplane business is seeking an experienced integrated circuit design to help advance the state-of-the art in infrared and visible imager read-out integrated circuits (ROICs). This role will include responsibilities in hands-on IC as well as project management. Significant experience with all phases of mixed signal VLSI CMOS transistor level , proven project management experience is required. The ideal candidate is a recognized leader in IC and is able to direct, lead, and inspire an expanding team.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with at least 5 years of professional experience.

Mixed signal VLSI CMOS transistor level .

Ability to obtain a secret security clearance so must be a U.S. Citizen.
Desired Skills:
Experience with system engineering, test engineering, and advanced ROIC/FPA concept development is desired.

Proficient with Cadence Systems IC tools (layout, LVS, DRC, Schematic, digital analog simulations, HDL & synthesis). MATLAB programming.
