Industrial Engineering Associate Manager / Ocala, FL

Lead a team of Industrial Engineers that provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing operators to facilitate assembly performance. Apply lean manufacturing techniques to reduce cost and increase yields. Must have strong leadership skills, communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Investigate root cause of failures/defects and implement corrective action to support continuous improvement. Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles, Work Measurements and Time Standards, Productivity and Performance management, Capacity Analysis, Simulation Modeling, Cost Analysis and Estimating. This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
Strong Industrial Engineering skills and techniques in areas of capacity analysis, time standards, cost analysis, estimating, floor support and process flow.
Ability to lead a team of Industrial Engineers.
Demonstrated cost reduction experience.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Desired skills
Multi-site experience.
Existing leadership experience.
Electro-mechanical manufacturing experience, working knowledge of Facility Layouts, Design Software.
Lean Six Sigma involvement, experience in Manufacturing/Union environment.
