Financial Analyst

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Financial Analyst for a position in Grand Prairie, TX to assist with contract EVMS setup and management, cost control and analysis, proposal preparation, and staffing. As a Financial Analyst you would:

Develop and track budgets, manpower forecasting and Earned Value computation for a variety of funding sources.

Support a myriad of program finance functions; including establishing / managing program cost baselines, conducting Earned Value analysis and associated variance analysis using various Enterprise toolsets including COBRA, SAP and others.

Conduct Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis and prepare accompanying analysis and recommendations for presentation to various levels of leadership.

Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Problem solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent personal computer skills including a high-level of proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Ability to acquire knowledge of business / financial systems

Desired skills
Earned Value Management (EVM) experience and knowledge

Experience with EFS, SAP and Winsight

LM Program Performance Management Process (PPMP) familiarity and understanding

Self-starter, organization skills and shows initiative by seeking ways to improve processes and data analysis

Ability to build strong interdependent business relationships with key customers

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and Look Up functions

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with program management

Experience in DoD or Aerospace
