Engineering Aide Senior Specialist - Automated Test Equipment
Candidate will be responsible for the support of Automated Test Equipment. To include: Initial Development that consists of: Drawing Changes, Change incorporation. and troubleshooting to the component level. Individual will be required to work independently for the majority of the time with some oversight. Individual will be required to respond to requests from Production personnel for investigating, analyzing, and repairing sophisticated electronic and electro-optical equipment.
Candidate must demonstrate experience in electro-mechanical troubleshooting. Intermediate knowledge of applicable software (typically National Instruments suite, CVI, and C+). The ability to work independently with guidance as necessary. Familiarity with documentation standards like DOD-STD-1000, and ANSI Y14.5M-1994 as well as an understanding of Electrical Schematics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. .
Candidate will have familiarity with electronic and electro-mechanical systems, and work in a fast paced, high output environment doing troubleshooting and repair/incorporating changes.
