This is an Employment Representative position within the Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control's (MFC) Planning and Operations team. This person will support various projects and initiatives in support of MFC's business area staffing initiatives including college, internship and CWEP programs. Successful candidate will exercise strong analytical skills, develop project management skills and be adept at working with different levels of the organization in order to deliver results utilizing strong change management, brokering, influencing and communication skills.
-Bachelorâ€™s Degree with a minimum 2 years of professional experience in a HR related discipline
-Experience with Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
Project Management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
