Electro/Mech Repair Specialist Ocala

Utilizes independent judgement under general supervision to repair , replace, and maintain all
machinery, plumbing, air conditioning, hydraulic, pressure, and physical structure required.
Inspects, dismantles, repairs, replaces, cleans, and lubricates machinery and mechanical
equipment,.
Installs, replaces, and repairs air conditioning, electrical and electronic equipment, wiring, and fixtures.
Installs and repairs plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatic lines and equipment.
Constructs and repairs wooden structures, partitions, and related items.
Reviews blueprints, schematics, and specifications to become familiar with aspects of the job.
Performs the routine portion of any planning and layout required.
Performs preventive maintenance on all equipment.
Coordinates work with other mechanics as needed, answers work related questions, and schedules sequence in which work is to be completed.
Assists higher graded employees in the accomplishment of assigned duties.
Performs paperwork related to job responsibilities. Performs basic Computer-based tasks.
Including E-mail and Microsoft office applications. Performs other duties assigned.

This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Basic Qualifications
Troubleshooting and repair of electro mechanical production equipment.
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues to determine appropriate course of action.
Must have the ability to work 2nd shift.

Desired skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working on a wide variety of electro mechanical production equipment.
Two (2) year maintenance related experience is desired.
