The candidate will be responsible for subsystem performance specification development, supplier technical communication, test plan development, execution, and reporting, and lab harness and equipment development. This work will also include the reading and understanding technical drawings and schematics, requires familiarity with test equipment, as well as leading technical meetings to seek resolution / path forward. Candidate with a diverse skillset that is a good multi-tasker. Responsibilities will include working within a cross functional team to work integration and interface challenges.
Effective communication and teaming skills are required. The candidate will be required to communicate with various Engineering and non-technical disciplines locally and across multi-site locations as well as the Customer.
Occasional foriegn and domestic travel is required.

The Locale: Grand Prairie is part of the "Mid-Cities" region in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex which is in the North Central region of Texas. Grand Prairie is a suburb of both Dallas and Fort Worth. The region offers a great cost of living combined with a robust economy and a pleasant climate. The Mid-Cities is the suburban region filling the thirty-mile span between Dallas and Fort Worth. These communities include the cities of Arlington, Irving, Grand Prairie, Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, HEB (Hurst, Euless and Bedford), NRH (North Richland Hills and Richland Hills), Haltom City, Watauga, and Keller, along with multiple other smaller towns such as Trophy Club and Roanoke and together represent more people than either Dallas or Fort Worth.
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or other related field.
- Ability to understand schematics, generate interconnect diagrams and troubleshoot hardware.
- Ability to travel to internationally to support customer and supplier meetings.
- Must be a US Citizen with an ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret clearance.
- Experience with missile architectures and electrical integration of missile subsystems.
- Experience in flight test environments, integration and troubleshooting is desired.
- Understanding of technical principles, theories and concepts of missile design and integration.
