Deputy Project Engineer - Special Operations Forces

Serves as a Deputy Project Engineer assisting the program Project Engineer with the Engineering & Technology portion of task order execution. In this role the engineer will assist with the analysis of customer requirements, coordinate basis of estimates for task order proposals, coordinate status of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) as well as individual engineering and project schedules, and coordinate tasks of supporting functional groups (AeroScience and Integration and Test (I&T)). Maintain open lines of communication and demonstrate versatility to effectively work with various disciplines and management. Help Maintain Risk & Opportunities in the program tracking software. Create and organize technical presentations for review with the customer. Collaborate with the management team to improve processes and tools.

Basic Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills and the ability to effectively work with a dynamic environment Must have intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office 2007 (or newer software) Microsoft Word, Power Point, Project, Excel, Visio, Access and Outlook Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills Resourceful and takes initiative Ability to multitask

Desired skills
Current experience with Microsoft software.
Good financial & technical background
Self Starter
Experience with Teamcenter Unified
Experience with rotary wing aircraft
