Lockheed Martin is seeking a Business Manager for a position in Grand Prairie, TX to support Energy Storage within the Energy Business Area by managing and direction business operations organizations supporting program areas. Responsible for managing a team of business finance and planning professionals ensuring cost management, budget development, financial estimating and proposal support. Candidate will interface with other functional groups to ensure team success. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments.

Financial responsibility over a portfolio of energy storage programs. Management of and oversight of financial functions (ledger closings, forecasting, long range planning, budget and EAC management, invoicing and receivables)
Basic Qualifications
Must have experience in all aspects of Program Business Management
Working knowledge of Cost Management, Earned Value Management (EVM), Financial Management, Long Range Plan (LRP) and Contract Status Review (CSR) Processes
Must have cost management experience in a production environment
Experience in financial forecasting and analysis, specifically Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash
Should have commercial Energy experience
Must possess strong leadership, teaming, organization, communication, interpersonal and coaching skills
Must be a self-starter with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strategic-minded and able to transfer vision into tactical objectives
Requires a high degree of motivation and proactive approach to decision making
