US Navy SeaHawk 2020 Performance Based Logistics Business Manager

Description:Primary responsibilities include 1) management of all support functions of AAR, the program's third party logistics supplier providing the receipt, stocking, issuing and inventory accountability of all program material for all Sikorsky sites and 2) management of proposal activities for all Stratford based activities.
Performance of AAR support function responsibilities involve use of LM's SAP based inventory control system. It includes NEAT access sponsorship for all AAR employees, successful completion of USG mandated annual inventory reporting, SOW requirements flow down to AAR, updates to LM's SAP based inventory control system, Military Access approvals to SAP utilizing LM Federation Services support, Action Item tracking, creation of Purchase Requisitions, Document Coordination and Review, Procedure development and maintenance, Risk Management Administration, Proprietary Information Control (agreements, briefings, control of info), Cost Account and Work Package schedule tracking, updates and status reporting and daily interface with the AAR warehouse as well as Stratford, Owego, Derco and NAVSUP Item Managers, future AAR proposal review and participation in negotiation and award. Other activities include management of the LM website to ensure Item Manager contact information is up to date and communicated to the customer, oversight of obsolete/program outdated material disposition from AAR, MRIL updates resulting in supplier and Attachment A changes and presentation of warehouse and website metrics at twice-annual customer PMT reviews.
Proposal activity function responsibilities include all Stratford support activities to ensure we deliver complete and compliant on-time proposals in support of new business opportunities that align to our strategy, business goals and customer requirements. They include, but are not limited to, the MH-60 consumables proposal effort, ECPs, Conversion Kits, SOW changes, contract attachment changes and annual contract required reconciliation requirements. This leader position will require coordinating, synchronizing and managing the activities of H-60 Programs, Engineering, Proposals, Estimating, Pricing, Contracts and Compliance. They will be required to build and maintain positive, productive team relationships both internally and with US Navy customer personnel.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education/work experience with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment. Minimum of 5 years of Program/Project Management or related experience required.
All Microsoft Office Products, SAP, Tableau, and SQL knowledge/experience. Logistics experience. Effective communication skills.
